Horror Story Digest, RATTLE Poetry Prize

Perry Terrell, editor of Conceit Magazine, is starting up a new genre journal called Horror Story Digest. The deadline for the first issue is September 20th, and writers chosen for inclusion will be paid with a contributor's copy.

If you've got $18 to spare and think you've written one to four damn good poems, you might want to consider entering them for a chance to win $5,000 with the RATTLE Poetry Prize. The subject matter is open, and you can submit up to four poems with one entry fee. In addition to the grand prize, there will be 10 honorable mentions awarded, and each of those poets will receive $100. All entrants will get a year's subscription to RATTLE. The postmark deadline is August 1st.
